Ooey Gooey Lemon Bars!
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Butter (Softened)
- 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Cups Flour
- Pinch of Salt
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 Cup. Lemon Juice
Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add 2 cups of flour and pinch of salt. Put on the bottom of a 9x13 pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, Beat eggs, sugar, 1 Tbsp. flour, and lemon juice. Pour over baked crust.
Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and let cool before serving (or they will be too runny).
